Responsibilities

  • Manage timely contract execution, renewal, and amendment for Group IT including software, hardware, and services contracts.
  • Ensure that contract terms adhere to agreed Group technology standards and legal parameters.
  • Support the department in establishing and maintaining an IT contract governance framework.
  • Act as a single point of contact within Emirates Group IT for guidance on work orders, change requests, amendments for specific services, and projects.
  • Advise senior management stakeholders on disputes and claims by working closely with the Group Legal department.
  • Support the Technology Contracts Manager in reviewing and monitoring all technology contracts with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Track contract milestones, deliverables, and deadlines; communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage a secure and organized contract library.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing and new contracts for compliance and recommend opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.

Requirements

  • A degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
  • 5 years experience in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience in handling contracts, drafting, reviewing, and management in the IT industry.
  • Experience in commercial and contract management role within the IT department of a large organization or for an independent IT solutions supplier.
  • Knowledge of standard IT contracts from both customer and supplier perspectives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
