Technology, Data and Cyber Audit Director

The Technology, Data and Cyber Audit Director will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the NIA to provide technology-enabled independent assurance across NEOM’s technology, data, cyber, and information security landscape. This role aims to accelerate independent oversight on key risks and associated controls to match NEOM’s ambition and exponential growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the TDC audit function; lead the annual TDC audit universe assessment, determine auditable entities, and drive the delivery of the annual TDC audit plan.
• Support the delivery of TDC elements within the wider NIA audit plan and ensure timely and budget-compliant reporting.
• Embed technology-driven data analytics across the audit lifecycle to generate deep insights and foster a collaborative culture across the Lines of Defense (LoDs).
• Develop and oversee robust NIA Data Security/Privacy guidelines for the secure use of data.
• Drive relationships with key stakeholders, providing trusted risk advisory services for TDC across NEOM.
• Ensure effective investigation into audit findings to determine root causes and remediation activities.
• Maintain and enhance the capability of TDC to support NIA's vision and objectives.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of post-qualification experience in global multicultural organizations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Extensive audit experience across technologies, cybersecurity, data analytics, and AI.
• Graduate or Master’s Degree in a relevant field; professional qualifications in Internal Audit or Cybersecurity are required.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is essential, and additional languages may be beneficial.
