We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Lead – Capital Markets to lead the technology strategy, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of platforms supporting Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM). This role requires strong experience in technology delivery, Agile/DevOps, stakeholder management, vendor management, and capital markets platforms within a banking or financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technology roadmap and delivery for Capital Markets platforms.
- Lead Agile and DevOps delivery practices and build high-performing autonomous teams.
- Manage delivery plans, budgets, vendors, resources, risks, timelines, quality, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with Product and Delivery teams on scope, schedule, priorities, and execution.
- Architect and enhance ECM/DCM solutions covering deal management, sales, investor management, book building, and settlement.
- Drive adoption of cloud, automation, AI, and modern engineering practices.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, regulatory, SDLC, and technology governance standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering and delivery teams.
Requirements
- Strong technology leadership experience within Banking, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services.
- Hands-on understanding of ECM and/or DCM technology platforms.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs and end-to-end delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, SDLC, cloud technologies, architecture, and cybersecurity.
- Experience in vendor, budget, resource, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience delivering technology platforms supporting Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Trading, Securities, or Treasury environments.
