Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects.
- Partner closely with PMO, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Act as a bridge between development teams and management—speaking both “tech” and “business.”
- Engage in technical discussions, code reviews, and guide engineering teams when needed.
- Push back on unrealistic timelines or requirements, ensuring quality and sustainability.
- Ensure all deliveries adhere to security, ethical practices, and compliance standards.
- Support the CTO in driving technology strategy and execution.
Must-Have Skills:
- Development background: Strong coding experience (fullstack preferred – backend & frontend).
- 10–15 years of professional experience, with at least part of it in software development.
- Proven track record in delivery management of large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Awareness and application of security, compliance, and ethical frameworks in project delivery.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Exposure to QA automation.
- Hands-on familiarity with secure coding practices.
- Prior experience assisting in technical leadership roles (e.g., working closely with a CTO).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: University degree (Bachelor’s or higher).
- Experience: 10–15 years (with a solid coding/development background).
- Location: UAE-based preferred; open to overseas candidates if necessary.
