Technology Delivery Risk Manager

The Technology Delivery Risk Manager provides high-touch, rapid-turnaround risk support across priority technology pursuits and engagements. This role partners closely with Pursuit/Bid teams, Delivery Transformation, Portfolio/Offering leaders, Legal, Contract Management, and Quality to identify, assess, negotiate, and mitigate legal, commercial, and operational risks - with the objective of protecting the company while enabling winning, deliverable deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage allocated opportunities end-to-end, with a focus on priority deals.
• Provide high-touch support throughout the pursuit lifecycle, ensuring risks are identified early and addressed pragmatically.
• Collaborate with Delivery Transformation and business stakeholders to understand proposed solutions and delivery models for enterprise technology programs (e.g., SAP transformations, ServiceNow implementations, Oracle ERP/HCM, AI-enabled components).
• Support critical Terms & Conditions negotiations during the bid phase under the Client Contracting Governance Framework.
• Participate in governance for high-risk engagements, including escalations such as change disputes, demand letters, and payment notices.
• Partner with Portfolio and Offering leaders to review high-priority opportunities and engagements, highlighting risk mitigations and any relevant client history.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in risk management, commercial/contracting, delivery governance, or large-scale technology program delivery (or a combination).
• Strong working knowledge of AI concepts and delivery considerations sufficient to identify and mitigate delivery/commercial risks.
• Proven capability in contract/SOW negotiation support and change control for complex technology engagements.
• Experience operating within structured governance frameworks and managing senior stakeholders.
• Clear written communication and executive-ready risk articulation.
