Key Functional Accountability

  • Lead the implementation of Mission-Critical and Business-Critical technology design solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and national communication standards.
  • Apply and enforce architecture governance frameworks and standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with the company technology strategy.
  • Lead the development and continuous update of end-to-end technology architectures, coordinating with Corporate IT Services for shared IT components.
  • Ensure alignment of technology designs with the company standards to support integration, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to technology strategy execution by analyzing market trends and providing inputs for planning and future architecture direction.
  • Define and maintain network architecture standards with a focus on security, resilience, and scalability.
  • Lead technology design activities across networks, platforms, and applications to meet operational and service requirements.
  • Support and contribute to innovation and R&D initiatives within the CoE, including evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Translate business and service requirements into detailed technical specifications, SLAs, and architecture documentation.
  • Review and assess design outputs, identifying gaps and recommending improvements to ensure alignment with evolving infrastructure and business needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • Preferred educational field is a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
