The Network, Datacenter and Security division is an integral part of the operational structure, responsible for driving the continuous product engineering lifecycle of a defined set of technologies. This division will deliver a standard stack of consumable products within the company Datacenters focusing on the following areas:
- Network Security: covering IPSec, ACLs, routing protocol authentication.
- Network and Voice: covering Data Network Switching & Routing, Voice Infrastructure and all telecom links across all locations and Datacenters.
- Datacenter: covering all Datacenters, server rooms, IDFs facilities owned or rented by the company.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the enterprise network infrastructure of the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of network administration and architecture. They must possess experience in Network Routing, Switching, Aruba Wi-Fi implementation, and NAC setup through CPPM, along with maintaining Cisco ISE Tacacs. Additionally, they should be capable of configuring and deploying network devices in new or existing locations. Familiarity with automation skills, understanding of Silverpeak WAN-Optimizer, Cloud Networking, and Cisco ACI fabric is advantageous. A passion for security and data protection is essential, with a goal to establish a high-performance stable network environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and configure Enterprise LAN/WAN Network
- Configure new Network Routers or Switches for fresh implementations
- Troubleshoot existing network issues in case of an incident and solve the problems
- Understand network connectivity and protocols
- Implement understanding of Routing Protocols and concepts
- Configure new network switches, upgrade them, and secure the switches by closing vulnerabilities
- Document design and processes to maintain the network
- Understand Cisco ISE Tacacs setup
- Maintain network devices through Tacacs
- Clean up and enhance ISE performance
- Maintain network devices through Cisco ISE by adding network devices, managing existing users, and arranging proper access
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- A solid foundation of hands-on, applicable experience is more important than a degree
- Proven track record in designing and implementing (not just consuming) network solutions for enterprise networks
- 3+ years of exposure to network engineering or operations with strong working experience in switching, routing, and automation
- Hands-on experience with platforms including: Cisco, Solarwinds, Cisco ISE, Switching, and Routing
- Familiarity with Aruba Silverpeak, Wi-Fi, and CPPM
- Ability to read and understand network topologies, identifying bottlenecks and choke points for protocols operating on Layer 1 through Layer 7 of the OSI model
- Experience delivering within an Agile framework
- Ability to orient oneself and conduct changes in a heavily regulated environment with a good understanding of tight change management practices
- Commitment to encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
- Competence in incident management and strong root cause analysis skills
