The Technology Engineer – Digital Workplace is responsible for supporting a variety of digitalized technology solutions service lines. This role involves innovative problem-solving to assist in building new mobility services, collaborating with different teams to define, execute, and manage mobility solutions, and providing technical documentation and support.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)

Job Type: Part-time

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support technology solutions, particularly in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune & SCCM), Microsoft Teams Administration, Windows Autopilot, BitLocker, and Conditional Access Policies.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, conduct root cause analysis, and manage patch management.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for testing and product evaluations.
  • Assist in the corporate mobile strategy and work closely with the IT Operations team.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze data for endpoint management, managing project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide regular reports to facilitate project reviews and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience related to enterprise mobile and virtual solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a banking operational environment or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience with ITIL Service Management processes (Change and Release).
  • Understanding of IT Service Management policies and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Virtual and Mobility Infrastructure components, security management, and Wi-Fi solutions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • University degree in Information Technology.
  • Relevant Microsoft Certifications: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator Associate, Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.

Language Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
