Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support digitalized technology solutions service lines.
  • Innovate and assist in building mobility services across functions.
  • Provide necessary knowledge bases, FAQs, and SOPs for evaluated solutions, including L3 support.
  • Analyze relevant data for endpoint management.
  • Engage with cross-functional IT infrastructure teams.
  • Deliver project elements to achieve relevant milestones and highlight project issues and risks.
  • Comply with project specifications to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Prepare and provide regular reports for project review and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience related to enterprise mobile and virtual solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in a banking operational environment or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in ITIL Service Management processes: Change and Release.
  • University degree in Information Technology.
  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented.

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune & SCCM)
  • Microsoft Teams Administration
  • Windows Autopilot
  • Conditional Access Policies
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Technology basic skills: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Modern Desktop Deployment, Process Automation, Collaboration Tool Integrations, ITIL-based Support Processes.
