Technology Experience Specialist

As a Technology Experience Specialist, you will take part in this journey, owning technical products used by stakeholders and customers globally.

In this role, you will collaborate with a team of Technical Product Owners, Architects, and Developers to create compelling user experiences that enhance productivity and adhere to industry standards. Your responsibilities will include delivering user research, visual prototypes, usability testing, and advocating for product usability among users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of experts to drive user experience from design concepts to product launch.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and training sessions.
• Collaborate closely with the Scrum Team to develop user stories that reflect genuine user needs.
• Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch.

Requirements:

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in User Experience Design and Interaction Design.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to all audiences.
• Proficiency in design software such as Visio, Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, and Invision.
