Technology Experience Specialist - GenAI & iXR

As a Technology Experience Specialist - GenAI & iXR, you will work across immersive and GenAI solutions from concept to delivery, collaborating with Technical Product Owners, Technology Partners, and Developers to design intelligent, interactive, and immersive experiences that meet business needs and exceed user expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering user research, visual prototypes, and usability testing.
• Driving adoption of the Experience Design playbook across the broader teams.
• Participating in and facilitating design thinking workshops and training sessions.
• Monitoring and analyzing user experience post-launch.
• Collaborating closely with the Scrum Team to develop user stories.

You might be a great fit for this role if you possess:

• A degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in Information Technology/Architecture, User Experience Design, and Interaction Design.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and 3D modelling software.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to all audiences.
