Technology Experience Specialist (UI/UX)

As a Technology Experience Specialist, you will work across various products from concept to delivery, collaborating with a team of Technical Product Owners, Architects, and Developers to create compelling and creative user experiences. You will help ensure all Technology solutions are fit for purpose, improve end-user productivity, and are easy and enjoyable to use. The Technology Experience Specialist ensures all experience designs are informed by industry standards, best practices, and user testing.

In this role, you will:

• Work with a team of cross-functional experts to deliver user research, visual prototypes, and usability testing
• Drive adoption of the Experience Design playbook across teams
• Participate in and help facilitate design thinking workshops and training sessions
• Act as an advocate of the product to the users, imparting insight into the product's value and usability
• Work closely with the Scrum Team to develop user stories that reflect user needs uncovered during discovery

Requirements
To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology
• Experience in Information Technology Architecture, User Experience Design, and Interaction Design
• Experience in product project delivery from the design stage through to launch is a plus
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to all audiences
• Expert knowledge of software that supports engaging presentations (e.g., Visio, Fireworks, Adobe Suite, Sketch, Invision, Figma)
