Position

There’s a significant pipeline of strategic initiatives planned for Saudi Arabia in FY26 and beyond — including Sovereign/DRCC/Alloy programs, C-level events, Oracle CloudWorld Tour Riyadh, LEAP, Oracle Technology Forum, and targeted ABM campaigns. Hitting FEMA demand generation targets and KPIs for the region will rely on strong field marketing support working closely with local Sales. This Senior Field Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing technology-focused marketing activities across Database Platform, Cloud, AI, and Systems. You’ll lead the planning, execution, and reporting of local and regional demand generation campaigns — including digital, in-person, and 3rd-party initiatives. You’ll work closely with Sales and Solution Engineering teams to align on go-to-market priorities, build effective marketing programs, and drive pipeline. You’ll also partner with our SDR team to brief them on campaigns, accelerate MQL follow-up, and generate qualified opportunities — with clear visibility into marketing-attributed pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plans in support of pipeline and revenue objectives.
  • Participates in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings.
  • Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations.
  • Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs.
  • Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner.
  • Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.
  • Acts as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs, and launches.
  • Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables across Field Marketing team and Sales.
