Position

The role holder is responsible for leading the development of the Technology Innovation & Emerging framework, principles, technology researches, and labs across TUs and the company group subsidiaries. This position exists to guide partnership agreements, manage research activities, and ensure effective Innovation & Emerging frameworks across the company group subsidiaries. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in the development and implementation of the Group Architecture & Technologies Enablement GM plans, in line with the corporate objectives.
  • Directs and manages Innovation & Emerging Technologies mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes to achieve high performance standards.
  • Manages and controls change in the Innovation & Emerging Technologies, providing guidance and support necessary for continuous improvement.
  • Leads the development of alliances framework and plan to support lines of business to manage innovation and research requirements for TUs and the company group subsidiaries.
  • Directs in-depth customized technology market research and market entry feasibility studies to assess commercialization opportunities for cost reduction, agility, and revenue generation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 - 4 years in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in managing large-scale Architecture Governance and Technologies Communications.
  • Preferred prior experience in leading large-scale Corporate and Governance Communication.
  • Exposure to regulations, compliance, governance, communications, maintenance, and assistance.

Skills

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Sound knowledge of the telecom industry, related to Technologies and vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of Emerging Technologies and innovation.
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong abilities for Corporate Communications.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship management abilities.
  • Strong Group Planning and Organizing Skills.

Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
  • Additional Education: Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Certifications

  • Certification in Advanced Program/Project Management (PMP/Prince 2) or equivalent.
