Technology - Junior Delivery Analyst/PMO - Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

The Junior Delivery Analyst/PMO will work with Delivery Management to track the delivery operations and progress. This role supports project/release delivery tasks and activities by collaborating closely with project leads to document and track activities and progress. Additionally, the role may require client interactions as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program delivery leads and project managers to understand the context and processes.
• Support tracking, reporting, and executing internal and external operational activities.
• Assist in planning activities and maintaining release plans.
• Support internal management meetings and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate and activate initiatives related to business development and AI enablement with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in business analysis, IT delivery, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Mobile Banking functions and concepts.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and concepts.
• Experience with Agile Delivery methodology.
• Knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps or similar.
