Position

As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the company customer base while advocating for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means and addressing technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. As a primary point of contact for customers, you will facilitate customer relationships with Support and provide advice and assistance to internal company employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

This role requires a Fusion Middleware Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of experience who can operate confidently across complex integration architectures, hybrid cloud deployments, and high-availability environments. It is designed for a professional who is technically rigorous, customer-focused, and capable of working autonomously on challenging problems. You will be part of a global team of integration specialists who protect, optimize, and evolve customers’ company platforms through proactive and highly tailored support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced technical support across company Fusion Middleware components: SOA Suite, Service Bus, WebLogic Server, and company API Platform.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in distributed systems, multi-tier architectures, and mission-critical integrations.
  • Design, implement, and test integration solutions spanning on-premise systems and company Cloud (PaaS, OCI).
  • Support the full lifecycle of middleware assets: installation, configuration, tuning, patching, security hardening, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure stability and reliability of high-availability topologies, clustering, load-balancing, coherence, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and customer technical teams to understand business requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in company Fusion Middleware (SOA Suite, Service Bus, WebLogic, etc.).
  • Solid background in integration and API technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON).
  • Hands-on experience with company Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Strong SQL and PL/SQL capabilities.
  • Familiarity with OCI services and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently under pressure while maintaining high-quality delivery.
  • Communicates effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% and participate in 24x7 on-call rotations.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is essential.
