Our Technology team is one of the best in the world. It’s our driving force, our engine. We are seeking a Senior Technology Manager to join our Expansions team to ensure the quality of our technology services in compliance with the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and implement a technology strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance with the CBUAE.
- Oversee and manage the quality of technology controls and risk assessments.
- Facilitate information security risk management processes.
- Identify potential gaps in policies or processes related to risk, service quality, and compliance.
- Define technical requirements for technology partnerships, including KYC, payment railways, and bank APIs.
- Define, execute, and be accountable for data localization under CBUAE requirements.
- Prepare data and materials for reporting to authorities, committees, and management.
- Act as the regulatory intermediary for Revolut technology in the UAE.
- Liaise with global teams, serving as the local expert in implementing technology within the UAE.
What You'll Need
- 8+ years of technology experience in fintech, financial services, banking, and/or payments.
- Fundamental knowledge of information security, governance, risk management, and compliance management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of CBUAE guidelines on information security and cybersecurity.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice to Have
- Relevant information security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA).
- Knowledge of building SQL queries for business intelligence/management information.
