The company Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all global infrastructure. We support all data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles.

We are currently expanding our infrastructure management team and are looking for proven technology managers with experience in people management, strong technical understanding, and the drive to take Data Center Operations to the next level. You will manage teams in hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repair, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow and maintain the highest safety standards and encourage a strong safety culture.
• Guide a team of technical professionals to support data center operations.
• Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to Data Center Technicians and operators.
• Educate, train, and guide Data Center Operations Technicians in best practices.
• Manage and deliver mid-size projects.
• Oversee policies and procedures to meet industry best practices and required Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Maintain the on-call schedule to ensure 24/7 operations.
• Write and deliver performance reviews for staff.
