Key Responsibilities:
- Support project teams in the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft-based technology solutions (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365).
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participate in solution development activities such as configuration, testing, deployment support, and documentation.
- Contribute to cloud, application, data, or infrastructure-related tasks depending on project needs.
- Support troubleshooting, issue analysis, and resolution activities in collaboration with the project team.
- Prepare project deliverables, reports, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
- Actively participate in internal training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and Microsoft learning paths.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Microsoft technologies, cloud computing, and enterprise IT solutions.
- Basic understanding of one or more of the following:
- Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS concepts)
- Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
- Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Application development fundamentals (e.g., .NET, APIs)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, professional environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
