Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technology operations function, including the toolset and lead integration, automation, and orchestration to improve user experience.
- Implement, maintain, and enhance ITSM and establish appropriate procedures for request, issue, incident, problem, and change management.
- Foster effective collaboration across the business, ensuring project timelines are met.
- Act as an escalation point for coordinating complex projects, incidents, and problems from initial triage to resolution.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience in technology operations including procurement, vendor management, zero-touch provisioning, endpoint management, onboarding/offboarding, network management, access control, and SaaS management.
- Hands-on technical experience with macOS and Windows, as well as various cloud systems and technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, Jira, etc.).
- Background in a regulated technology environment and understanding of international standards, ideally ISO 27001.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate and tailor communications to different audiences.
- Relevant technical and service management qualifications (ITIL, MCSE) or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a cloud hosting environment such as AWS is a plus, as well as experience in Open Banking, Financial Services, Banks, or FinTech.
- Experience in managing a small team or mentoring individuals is desirable.
