Technology PMO Specialist

About the Role:
The role holder is responsible for overseeing Technology PMO activities, ensuring alignment with EPMO and adherence to project management standards. This includes monitoring project progress, supporting coordination and reporting, and ensuring compliance with policies and governance standards.

Key Functional Accountability:

• Oversee the execution of Technology PMO activities by coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and governance in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Consolidate project performance data and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making and executive visibility.
• Monitor technology initiatives to ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets, and escalate deviations where required.
• Ensure the consistent application of project management standards, frameworks, tools, and governance practices across all initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, optimize resource utilization, and resolve delivery challenges.
• Support portfolio alignment and reporting in coordination with EPMO to maintain transparency and consistency.
• Track project progress, assess risks, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance performance and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and governance standards across all project activities.

Job Requirement:

• Educational Level: Bachelor's Degree
• Most Preferred Education Field: Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 3-6 Years
