You will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Develop and present comprehensive business cases to justify technology investments and gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale technology implementations, including ERP, Oracle, SAP, or similar systems.
- Drive projects using Agile delivery methodologies, ensuring effective sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from process mapping and requirements gathering to testing, rollout, and release management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and execute robust communications and change management strategies to ensure successful user adoption and minimize disruption.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various departments and external partners.
- Implement and manage robust testing strategies to ensure the quality and integrity of solutions.
Work Conditions
- 4-8 years of experience in consulting or system integration (SI) roles, preferably with a Big Four firm.
- Proven experience working on projects in diverse global locations such as Canada, the UK, France, etc.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, large technology implementations (e.g., ERP, Oracle, SAP).
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile delivery principles and practices.
- Expertise in business case development, process mapping, requirements gathering, testing, rollout, and release management.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective communications and change management plans.
- Certified Project Manager (e.g., PMI PMP, SAFe Agile, CSM).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
