About The Internship Programme:

The Internship Programme is designed for ambitious students looking to gain worthwhile experience during the summer. It spans 8–10 weeks, offering paid positions where interns will work on significant projects, solve real-world challenges, and develop skills alongside industry experts. High performers may receive an opportunity to join the Graduate Programme in the subsequent year.

About The Role:

The Technology team at the company is responsible for developing and maintaining the systems that support the company’s operations. Interns will play a key role as Technology Services Specialists, where they will troubleshoot technical issues, improve internal tools, and support IT systems, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure enterprise devices across macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and mobile platforms.
  • Assist with software deployments and employee onboarding.
  • Monitor device health and ensure security compliance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support daily IT operations.
  • Contribute to scripting and automation projects to enhance internal processes.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers on technology solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in the penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, cybersecurity, or another relevant STEM subject (graduating in 2028).
  • Must have a predicted grade of 2:1 or higher (or equivalent).
  • Interest in IT systems and endpoint management.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Fluent in English with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Full-time availability for Summer 2027 and able to attend the office at least 3 days per week.

Work Conditions:

  • The programme is open to international applicants willing to relocate to one of the company's tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, the UAE, or the UK.
  • Visa assistance, travel costs, and accommodation support are provided (conditions apply).
  • Interns are expected to work hybrid, spending around 3 days per week in the office where applicable.
