The Technology team at the company is responsible for building the systems that drive its services. They are seeking a Technology Services Specialist to lead the global Mobile Device Management (MDM) strategy and automate critical SaaS integrations while ensuring the fleet remains compliant.
What You'll Be Doing
- Architecting and scaling enterprise-level endpoint management (MDM) solutions using Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
- Administering Windows VMs and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) within a high-stakes production environment.
- Automating device configurations and SaaS integrations via Bash, Zsh, and PowerShell.
- Querying device inventory databases with SQL to generate actionable insights into fleet health and security compliance.
- Implementing security frameworks through protocols like FileVault, BitLocker, and Conditional Access.
- Orchestrating hardware rollouts and technical migrations across global time zones.
- Monitoring system security posture using open-source tools for complex system audits.
- Collaborating on cloud-based IT infrastructure management using Terraform or CloudFormation.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in an IT systems engineering role with a focus on enterprise-level MDM.
- Technical expertise in Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience managing Windows VMs and VDI in production.
- Proficiency in Bash, Zsh, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with SQL for inventory management.
- Knowledge of modern security protocols.
- Fluency in English, able to communicate complex architectures to non-technical stakeholders.
- Architect-level knowledge of macOS internals and experience managing large device fleets.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- Advanced certifications in Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune.
- Skills in visual data storytelling using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with Google MDM.
