As a Microsoft Technology Specialist (TS), your main goal will be to drive the technical decision-making of customers regarding Microsoft technology and cloud services. This role includes identifying new opportunities for Sales Specialists through customer engagements while working within a virtual team to educate customers, demonstrate our solutions, and win technical decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discussions for Azure migration with customers, utilizing various tools, demos, and processes.
- Develop and map customer vision into a strategy, address technical blockers, and present a strong business case for investment.
- Design solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring that technical decision-makers are in agreement with the migration plan.
- Drive the creation of technical assessments and migration plans.
- Collaborate with partners to enhance technical capacity and provide insights to improve product offerings.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights and best practices.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Azure Certifications: Microsoft Azure Administrator or Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions.
- Deep knowledge in Data Center Migration, Windows Server, SQL Server Migration, VMware, Networking, and related areas.
- Proven track record of building technical relationships with senior executives and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborative spirit to work cohesively with customers, the Microsoft account team, and Microsoft partners.
Language Requirements:
- Proficient in English, with additional language skills advantageous.
