Key Responsibilities
- Drive a structured approach to identifying and solving complex technology business problems that lead to strategic insights.
- Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities at the intersection of business and technology based on assessments and an understanding of performance gaps and needs.
- Lead small engagements or streams of work end-to-end across all delivery components, ensuring client satisfaction, value delivered, team management, and financials.
- Identify and nurture business opportunities, supporting business development efforts with clients and the company teams until successful sale closure.
- Collaborate with clients and the company teams to align business and technology priorities.
- Develop content knowledge and share insights through pro-active involvement in technology strategy operations.
- Lead the creation of thought leadership assets that provide innovative insights and recommendations on relevant technology strategy domains.
- Interact with senior management at clients and/or the company to steer recommendations and obtain buy-in on critical matters.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of total work experience, with at least 4 years in IT/Digital technology strategy.
- Proven consulting experience or strong in-house experience in IT & Digital strategy, enterprise architecture, advanced startup, or pre-sales roles, demonstrating intrinsic consulting skills.
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
Key Skills
- Strong data-driven consulting with a focus on business and technology value architecting and realization.
- Ability to independently determine methods and procedures for assignments.
- Experience in managing team efforts at a client or within the company.
- Familiarity with core technology strategy offerings – IT & Digital strategy, enterprise architecture, operating model, data & analytics, cloud.
- Ability to operate across industries, preferably with experience in Banking, Telcos, Oil & Gas, or Government.
- Proactively acquired business knowledge beyond technical roles or via business school (e.g., MBA).
