Key Responsibilities
- Drive a structured and rigorous approach to identifying and solving complex technology business problems that lead to strategic insights.
- Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities at the intersection of business and technology through assessments and understanding of performance gaps and needs.
- Independently lead small engagements or streams of work end-to-end, managing client satisfaction, value delivery, team management, and financials.
- Identify and develop business opportunities while supporting the business development efforts with clients and Accenture teams until successful sale closure.
- Collaborate with clients and within Accenture to align business and technology priorities.
- Develop content knowledge and share insights through involvement in technology strategy operations and community practices.
- Lead the creation of thought leadership assets that present innovative insights and recommendations in market-relevant technology strategy domains.
- Engage with senior management at clients and Accenture to guide recommendations and gain buy-in on various approaches.
Key Skills
- Strong data-driven consulting expertise focused on business and technology value architecture and realization.
- Ability to work independently, determining methods and procedures for assignments.
- Experience in managing team efforts at client sites or within Accenture.
- Familiarity with core technology strategy offerings, including IT & Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating model, data & analytics, and cloud.
- Experience in technology advisory and/or implementation, particularly in Banking, Telecommunications, Utilities, and Travel & Hospitality sectors.
- Proactive in acquiring business knowledge beyond technical roles, such as through business school (e.g., MBA).
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in IT/Digital technology strategy.
- Relevant consulting experience or strong in-house experience in IT & Digital strategy, enterprise architecture, advanced startup, or pre-sales roles, demonstrating intrinsic consulting skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and fluent in English.
