Key Responsibilities
- Drive a rigorous approach to identifying and solving intricate technology business challenges, generating actionable insights.
- Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities at the intersection of business and technology based on assessment activities.
- Lead small engagements or streams of work end-to-end, ensuring client satisfaction, value delivery, team management, and financial oversight.
- Identify and nurture business opportunities while supporting business development efforts until successful sales closure.
- Collaborate with clients and within Accenture to align business and technology priorities effectively.
- Develop content knowledge and contribute proactively to technology strategy operations and community practices.
- Lead the creation of thought leadership assets that provide innovative insights and recommendations in relevant technology strategy domains.
- Interact with senior management at both client and Accenture levels to steer recommendations and secure buy-in on critical issues.
Key Skills
- Strong data-driven consulting skills with a focus on business and technology value realization.
- Ability to operate independently and determine methods and procedures for assignments.
- Experience managing team efforts either at a client site or internally within Accenture.
- Deep understanding of core technology strategy offerings, including IT & Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating models, data & analytics, and cloud solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in technology advisory and/or implementation, particularly in the Utilities sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the Utilities value chain, industry trends, application portfolios, and relevant digital use cases (e.g., predictive maintenance, advanced digital metering, etc.).
- Proactive business knowledge acquisition beyond the technical domain, potentially through an MBA.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in IT/Digital technology strategy.
- Proven consulting experience, or strong in-house IT/Digital strategy and enterprise architecture experience.
- Arabic language skills are a plus; fluency in English is required.
