Key Responsibilities
- Define cloud technology roadmaps and industry/functional solutions, advising clients on cloud-enabled enterprise transformation agendas within an industry context.
- Drive the creation of the value case, utilizing the innovation of cloud technologies such as AI, IoT, advanced analytics, and 5G to generate new business value.
- Deliver cloud optimization services throughout the entire cloud transformation journey, enhancing client value across architecture, economics, and service delivery.
- Facilitate the adoption of DevSecOps and continuous improvement with a new workforce and operating model supported by enterprise change management.
- Collaborate proactively with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture.
- Lead complex engagements end-to-end, ensuring client satisfaction, value delivery, team management, and financial accountability.
- Originate and lead business development efforts with clients, ecosystem partners, and internal teams until successful sale closure.
- Foster internal cloud advisory skills, assets, and capability building while identifying collaboration opportunities across Accenture and ecosystem partners.
Key Skills
- Strong data-driven consulting background with a focus on business and technology value realization.
- Extensive understanding of cloud-oriented practices including Containers, PaaS, hybrid cloud, and the migration and modernization of applications using cloud.
- Familiarity with technology trends in the market context.
- Ability to operate across multiple industries, preferably with experience in Banking, Telecom, Oil & Gas, or Government.
- Aptitude for shaping client objectives and influencing decision-making at senior management levels.
- Proficiency in assembling and leading multi-disciplinary teams for cloud journeys to achieve shared outcomes.
- Proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12+ years of work experience, with at least 8 years in cloud advisory or transformation.
- Relevant consulting experience or a senior industry position focused on cloud transformation, with demonstrated consulting skills.
- Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Alibaba, Oracle) are required.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
