Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a structured approach to identify and solve complex technology business problems, leading to strategic insights.
- Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on assessment activities and understanding of performance gaps and needs.
- Lead small engagements or streams of work across all delivery components, ensuring client satisfaction and value delivered.
- Identify and nurture business opportunities, supporting business development efforts until successful sale closure.
- Collaborate with clients and Accenture to align business and technology priorities.
- Develop and share content knowledge through involvement in technology strategy operations.
- Lead the creation of thought leadership assets presenting innovative insights on technology strategy domains.
- Interact with senior management to steer recommendations and obtain buy-in on strategic matters.
Key Skills:
- Strong data-driven consulting focused on business and technology value architecting.
- Ability to act independently and manage team efforts effectively.
- Experience in IT/Digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating models, data & analytics, and cloud solutions.
- Industry experience within the public sector or government entities.
- Proactive in acquiring business knowledge beyond a technical role, preferably with an MBA.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8-15 years of total work experience, with at least 5 years in IT/Digital technology strategy.
- Proven consulting experience or strong in-house IT & Digital strategy experience.
- Arabic speaking and fluent in English.
