Technology Strategy/Enterprise Architect Senior Manager - Public Sector

Accenture is seeking a Technology Strategy/Enterprise Architect Senior Manager specializing in the public sector. In this role, you will apply deep technology strategy development, architecting skills, and operating model insights to influence C-level client agendas through technology insights. You will lead complex engagements end-to-end, ensuring client satisfaction, value delivery, team management, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Originating business opportunities and leading efforts for successful sale closures.
• Driving leaders to transform technology functions for operational excellence.
• Collaborating across functions to maximize technology investments and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Leading the creation of thought leadership assets that present innovative insights and recommendations on market-relevant technology strategies.
• Building internal technology strategy skills and identifying market collaboration opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12+ years of work experience, with at least 8 years in IT/Digital technology strategy.
• Proven consulting experience or strong in-house experience in IT & Digital strategy or enterprise architecture.
• Strong data-driven consulting skills with a focus on business and technology value.
• Deep understanding of technology strategy offerings including IT & Digital strategy, Cloud, Data & Analytics, and IT Cost reduction.
• Experience in the public sector or government entities, either directly or through consulting engagements.
• Ability to influence senior management decision-making and lead multi-disciplinary technology strategy teams.
• Arabic speaker and fluent in English.
