We’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Project Manager for managing end-to-end next-generation assurance, provisioning, and orchestration projects implementation for telecommunications customers across the EMEA region. The goal is to ensure successful implementations according to the specifications or SOW.
Responsibilities:
- Manage medium to large projects with more than 20 team members, overseeing project scope, schedule, and cost.
- Manage client relationships, including mid to upper-level client delivery.
- Communicate project progress to the project team and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve risks and issues in projects.
- Maintain requirements traceability matrix, working with business analysts and architects.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to enable team collaboration.
- Escalate issues to senior management to resolve impediments.
- Oversee project management deliverables, such as the project charter, project plan, and reports.
- Collaborate with testing teams to ensure test phases are executed as planned.
- Manage project financials, including P&L and ensure budgets are met.
- Identify and develop new opportunities within current projects.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, specifically in the Telco industry, including 3–5 full life cycle IT implementations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, lean, etc.).
- Formal education or certification in Project Management (PMP) is preferred.
- Fluency in English.
