Position

This role is designed as on-site with an expectation that you will primarily work from an office. As a Telco Solutions Customer Project Manager at the company, you will lead customer engagement to ensure all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations are met through planning, controlling, and managing customer projects. Your responsibilities will include managing corporate, customer, and third-party vendor efforts to plan, sell, and implement solutions to customer problems. This position requires managing medium to large projects with more than 20 team members, maintaining project financials, and ensuring successful implementations of end-to-end next-generation assurance, provisioning, and orchestration projects for telecommunications customers across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead project risk and issue management to resolution.
  • Maintain requirements traceability and collaborate with business analysts and architects.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to enable team collaboration.
  • Own project management deliverables including project charter, project plan, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with change and release management processes.
  • Track project financials, provide financial forecasts, and meet or exceed approved budgets.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First Level University degree.
  • 7 years of experience in project management or similar roles, with a minimum of 3-5 full life cycle IT implementations as a project manager in the Telco industry.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, lean).
  • Formal education or certification in Project Management (PMP) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience with vendor engagement and procurement processes is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required.
