Responsibilities:
- Manage medium to large projects with over 20 team members, overseeing project scope, schedule, and cost.
- Manage client relationships and maintain communication with the project team and stakeholders.
- Handle risks and issues in projects, leading them to resolution.
- Enable team collaboration by conducting workshops and meetings.
- Escalate issues to senior management and stakeholders as needed.
- Own project management deliverables including project charters, plans, and reports.
- Work with testing teams to ensure phases are executed as planned.
- Manage project financials, including budgets and forecasts.
- Identify and develop new opportunities within current projects.
Education and Experience Required:
- First level University degree.
- 7 years of experience in project management or similar roles, particularly in the Telco industry.
- Experience with 3–5 full life cycle IT implementations.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Proven experience managing IT solutions as a project manager.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, lean).
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP) preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
