Telco Solutions Customer Project Manager

This role is designed as an onsite position, with the expectation that the Project Manager will primarily work from an office. The company is a global edge-to-cloud company that enhances the way people live and work. The role involves leading customer engagement to ensure successful project delivery that meets scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. The Project Manager will manage corporate, customer, and vendor efforts to implement solutions addressing customer problems and will be responsible for team management as well.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Manage medium to large projects with over 20 team members, overseeing project scope, schedule, and cost.
• Manage client relationships and maintain communication with the project team and stakeholders.
• Handle risks and issues in projects, leading them to resolution.
• Enable team collaboration by conducting workshops and meetings.
• Escalate issues to senior management and stakeholders as needed.
• Own project management deliverables including project charters, plans, and reports.
• Work with testing teams to ensure phases are executed as planned.
• Manage project financials, including budgets and forecasts.
• Identify and develop new opportunities within current projects.

Education and Experience Required:

• First level University degree.
• 7 years of experience in project management or similar roles, particularly in the Telco industry.
• Experience with 3–5 full life cycle IT implementations.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience managing IT solutions as a project manager.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, lean).
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP) preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
