We’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Project Manager for managing end-to-end next generation assurance, provisioning, and orchestration projects implementation for the company telecommunications customers across the EMEA region, to ensure successful implementations according to the specifications or SOW.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage medium to large projects involving more than 20 team members, overseeing project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships, especially with mid to upper-level client delivery teams.
  • Represent the organization to external customers/clients frequently.
  • Ensure effective communication with the project team and stakeholders.
  • Address risks and issues within projects and drive them to resolution.
  • Maintain a requirements traceability matrix, collaborating with business analysts and architects.
  • Foster team collaboration through workshops and meetings.
  • Monitor and assist project team members in task completion, resolving any blockers.
  • Escalate issues to senior management and stakeholders for rapid resolution.
  • Manage project deliverables, including project charter, project plan, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with testing teams to ensure testing phases are executed as planned.
  • Ensure compliance with change and release management processes for production implementation and transition to support teams.
  • Observe organizational metrics and ensure adherence to processes during project execution.
  • Oversee project financials, managing P&L and maintaining budgets.
  • Provide accurate financial forecasts to management.
  • Engage in business development activities and identify new opportunities within existing projects.
  • Assist in qualification and opportunity assessments for moderately complex projects.
  • Serve as opportunity manager for medium to high-risk deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related discipline with over 7 years of project management experience in the Telco industry.
  • At least 3–5 full life cycle IT implementations as a project manager within the Telco sector.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities alongside high internal drive and initiative.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as waterfall, agile, and lean.
  • Experience with best practices and standards in project management.
  • Preferred: Formal education or certification in Project Management (PMP).
  • Fluency in English required.
