Telco Solutions Customer Project Manager

The company is seeking a proactive and dynamic Project Manager to oversee end-to-end next-generation assurance, provisioning, and orchestration projects for telecommunications customers across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will ensure successful implementations according to specifications or Statements of Work (SOW).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage medium to large projects with over 20 team members, ensuring project scope, schedule, and cost are adhered to.
• Build and maintain client relationships, managing mid to upper-level client delivery interactions.
• Represent the company to external customers and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks, and resolve issues.
• Facilitate team collaboration through workshops and meetings.
• Maintain project documentation, including project charter, project plan, and reports.
• Work with testing teams to ensure tests are conducted as per the plan.
• Track organizational metrics and manage project financials, ensuring budgets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in the Telco industry, with 3-5 full life cycle IT implementations.
• Strong communication skills, with excellence in oral and written presentations.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, lean) and familiarity with project management standards.
• Formal education or certification in Project Management (PMP) is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
