Telecom Infrastructure Management

We are currently looking for a Telecom Infrastructure Management professional for our Qatar operations. The role involves administering, designing, and supporting telecom and collaboration systems including IP Telephony systems, PSTN / PRI / SIP telephony lines, ADSL lines, voice recording systems, video conferencing systems, and structured cabling for internal and external networks. A key responsibility is to ensure high availability and optimal performance of telecom systems across all Group locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Communications Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Telecom Systems support; experience in financial institutions is a plus.
• Professional training on relevant systems.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Self-driven with well-developed leadership and team-building skills.
