As a Telecom OSS Architect / Designer, you will be a senior technical authority, leading the architecture and design of complex OSS solutions for major telecom clients in Saudi Arabia. Your responsibilities will include bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, collaborating with stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors to define best-in-class OSS ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end OSS architecture and design across Network Inventory Management, Performance Management, and Fault/Event Management domains.
- Drive the design and implementation of Network Inventory solutions.
- Oversee the architecture of Performance and Fault Management solutions.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead OSS integration design, ensuring seamless data flows across the network operations ecosystem.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to OSS engineers and designers.
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to RFP/RFI responses and technical proposals.
Profile Requirements:
We seek a highly experienced and motivated Telecom OSS Architect with deep technical expertise and strong leadership abilities.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years in telecommunications, focusing on OSS architecture, design, and delivery.
- Expertise in at least two of the following: Network Inventory Management, Performance Management, and Fault/Event Management systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of OSS platforms such as IBM Tivoli Netcool, Nokia NetAct, or similar.
- Strong understanding of TM Forum standards and familiarity with industry standards like 3GPP and ETSI.
- Proficiency in integration technologies and APIs, including REST/SOAP web services.
- Experience producing architecture and design artifacts.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required.
