About the Job: The company is seeking a Telecommunication & Infrastructure Project Manager to lead connectivity services for various components including Data Centre Networks, Contact Centre applications, and international networks. The manager will be a subject matter expert, working closely with vendors, local telecommunications companies, and global support teams. This position will involve both the development of new functions and ongoing support of production systems, including planning, research, evaluation, and design of network infrastructure.

The role will operate within the Chief Technology Office (CTO), which includes over 9,000 colleagues globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects within the CTO's Change the Bank portfolio, ensuring alignment with group strategy, and maintaining financial oversight.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Deliver high-quality projects that meet internal customer expectations.
  • Identify potential improvements for the Connectivity environment.
  • Plan and track operating and capital expenditures within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive transformative outcomes.
  • Ensure effective handover of projects into Business as Usual operations.

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • Knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, LAN, Internet, etc.).
  • Experience managing medium to large connectivity projects.
  • Familiarity with Programme and Project Management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
  • Preferably hold industrial certifications such as CCNA/CCNP.
