Telesales Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to generate qualified business leads for our Digital Marketing, Business Automation, and Exhibition verticals in the UAE market. This position will involve reaching out to prospective businesses and engaging them with our suite of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make the required number of outbound calls on a daily basis to prospective businesses.
• Understand customer requirements and effectively pitch our products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development/Sales team.
• Promote our Digital Marketing solutions, Business Automation products, and Exhibition services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of qualified leads.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in telecalling, lead generation, inside sales, or business development preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Knowledge of the Dubai/UAE business market will be an advantage.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic/Hindi will be an added advantage.
