TEMP- Product Registration Specialist

About the Role
Join our Middle East team as a Product Registration Specialist and gain valuable regulatory affairs experience in the beauty industry. In this temporary position, you will play a crucial role in bringing our portfolio of prestige beauty products to market through accurate and timely product registrations. Reporting to the Regulatory Affairs Director, your primary focus will be on supporting registration activities across Saudi Arabia and the UAE while gaining practical experience in regulatory systems, documentation, and distributor coordination.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare registration documents and enter product information into the Ghad, Montaji, and MOIAT portals.
• Check data accuracy, monitor new product registrations, and maintain progress trackers.
• Coordinate registration information with local distributors and consolidate their reports.
• Extract information from company systems to support supply chain requests.
• Keep product information and documentation organized and confidential.

Qualifications
What You Will Bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Science.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data entry, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
• Attention to detail, the ability to manage deadlines, and an eagerness to learn.
• Experience in cosmetics regulations would be an advantage.
