Our Orthopaedics teams are dedicated to keeping over 6 million people moving each year, offering clinical and economic value to surgeons and healthcare systems. Our innovative solutions span joint reconstruction, trauma and craniomaxillofacial, sports, extremities, elective foot and ankle, spine, and robotics and digital surgery.
Purpose
The primary task of a Territory Manager in DePuy-Synthes Trauma is to achieve business targets for allocated customers by providing a high level of promotion and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and profit targets for allocated territories.
- Provide high-level orthopedic technical support for trauma customers.
- Be ready to support trauma emergency cases as they arise.
- Spend 75% of working time in field activities.
- Organize effective and professional meetings with targeted customers to deliver marketing and promotion plans.
- Generate leads and handle all customer queries, including providing quotations and sales follow-up.
- Maintain strong customer relations and ensure product availability while optimizing product consumption.
- Provide relevant product information to customers, including in-service support and maintaining existing customer bases, while also developing new customer relationships.
Qualifications / Requirements
- University/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; a scientific or medical background is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Orthopaedics (including trauma implants and solutions) is mandatory.
- MPA certification is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
- Strong focus on sales target achievement, business results, and strategic thinking.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
