Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
- Review requirements and identify appropriate test scenarios to ensure thorough testing coverage.
- Manage defects and utilize test management tools effectively.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technology teams, facilitating requirement walkthroughs and supporting UAT activities.
- Understand application architecture and system interfaces, analyzing data flows and integrations between systems.
Requirements
- Qualifications:
- ISTQB Certification (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years in Software Testing / Quality Assurance
- Mandatory experience in Banking or Financial Services
- Proven track record of engaging with business stakeholders
- Experience in Wealth Management, Treasury, or Cards domain is highly preferred
- Skills & Competencies:
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Wealth Management, Treasury, and/or Cards business processes, along with banking operations and system integrations.
- Testing Skills: Proficient in Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing. Familiarity with defect management and test management tools.
- Technical Aptitude: Knowledge of application architecture, system interfaces, API testing, and database validation is advantageous.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and coordination capabilities; ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
