Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough software testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to review requirements and develop comprehensive test scenarios.
- Manage defects using appropriate test management tools and maintain clear documentation.
- Engage with technology teams to understand application architecture and system interfaces.
- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and support UAT activities to ensure alignment with business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- ISTQB Certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
- Mandatory banking or financial services experience.
- Proven track record of working directly with business stakeholders.
- Experience in the Wealth Management, Treasury, or Cards domains is highly preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Wealth Management, Treasury, and/or Cards business processes.
- Good understanding of banking operations and system integrations.
- Testing Skills
- Experience in Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
- Ability to review requirements and identify test scenarios.
- Experience with defect management and test management tools.
- Technical Aptitude
- Good understanding of application architecture and system interfaces.
- Ability to understand data flows and integrations between systems.
- Exposure to API testing and database validation is an advantage.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders and technology teams.
