Your Responsibilities:
- Revolutionize our test automation landscape by developing flawless automation scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Make proactive, well-informed recommendations to keep us at the forefront of test automation, implementing innovative solutions effectively.
- Conduct testing across complex software scenarios, regression testing, bug retests, and negative testing, to ensure thorough coverage and quality.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other key stakeholders to streamline our testing processes.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies, frameworks, and methodologies, integrating low-code platforms and AI-driven tools as test automation evolves.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience writing automated test scripts using technologies such as Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, or Robot Framework.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
- Proficiency in CI/CD practices and tools like CircleCI, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Strong analytical skills with a drive to find root causes and simplify processes.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the fintech industry and familiarity with agile project management frameworks.
- Technical skills beyond test automation, such as Linux system administration or database administration.
- Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, GCP, or Alicloud.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Shell Scripting, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Perl.
- Familiarity with low-code or AI-based automation tools like Autify, Testim, or Katalon Studio.
