Test Automation & NFT Architect

About the Role

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a leading Islamic financial institution in the UAE, known for its commitment to innovation and customer-centric banking solutions. You will serve as a key technical visionary, defining the overarching automation framework and Non-Functional Testing (NFT) strategy for a Test Center of Excellence (TCoE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Author the Automation Test Strategy and direct the Shift-Left automation blueprint for all active Change Requests (CRs).
• Design, maintain, and scale the containerized framework along with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.
• Define the baseline performance, load, and stress testing thresholds.
• Evaluate and procure emerging testing tools, while defining ROI metrics for automation efforts.
• Arabic Speaker Mandatory.

Core Skill Set:

• Enterprise test automation framework design.
• CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Non-Functional Requirement (NFR) definition.

Experience Requirements:

• 7–10 years in Test Automation framework and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) design.

Preferred Certifications:

• ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer.
