Test Automation & NFT Architect

About the Role

In this position, you will play a pivotal role as the technical visionary defining the Test Center of Excellence (TCoE)'s overarching automation framework and Non-Functional Testing (NFT) strategy. You will collaborate closely with a prestigious Islamic financial institution in the UAE, recognized for its commitment to innovation and excellence in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Author the Automation Test Strategy and direct the Shift-Left automation blueprint for all active Change Requests (CRs).
• Design, maintain, and scale the containerized framework and CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
• Define the baseline performance, load, and stress testing thresholds.
• Evaluate and procure emerging testing tools while defining ROI metrics for automation efforts.

Core Skill Set:

• Expertise in enterprise test automation framework design.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Strong understanding of Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) definition.

Years of Experience: 7–10 years in Test Automation framework and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) design.

Preferred Certifications: ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer.
