Test Automation & NFT Architect

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a leading Islamic financial institution in the UAE, recognized for its commitment to innovation and customer-centric banking solutions. As a trusted IT consulting partner, the company is supporting their strategic technology initiatives by connecting them with exceptional talent to strengthen their technology capabilities, drive digital transformation, and deliver innovative solutions that create lasting business value. You will be the technical visionary defining the TCoE's overarching automation framework and Non-Functional Testing (NFT) strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Author the Automation Test Strategy and direct the Shift-Left automation blueprint for all active CRs.
• Design, maintain, and scale the containerized framework and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Define the baseline performance, load, and stress testing thresholds.
• Evaluate and procure emerging testing tools and define ROI metrics for automation efforts.
• Arabic Speaker Mandatory

Core Skill Set:

• Enterprise test automation framework design
• CI/CD pipeline integration
• NFR definition

Years of Experience:
7–10 years in Test Automation framework and SDLC design.

Preferred Certifications:
ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer
