Test Planning and Documentation:
- Create and review detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Document test results and report issues found during testing.
- Ensure thorough test coverage of all functionalities in the software.

Test Execution:
- Perform manual testing on various software applications, including web and mobile platforms.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, system, user acceptance (UAT), and exploratory testing.
- Perform tests on different environments and configurations to verify application compatibility.

Defect Identification and Reporting:
- Identify and report bugs, defects, and issues using a bug tracking system (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Verify that issues are resolved by the development team and validate the fixes.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand product requirements and provide feedback.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint meetings.

Test Environment Setup:
- Set up and maintain test environments.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure application consistency.

Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the application meets business requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct testing on user interfaces, security, performance, and usability.

Continuous Improvement:
- Provide feedback to improve the testing process.
- Assist in refining testing methods and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in manual software testing.
- Experience with various types of testing (e.g., functional, regression, UAT).

Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing.
- Experience with test case management tools.
