Test Engineer (Emiratisation)

About the Role
We are looking for a talented UAE National Test Engineer to join our Technology team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our digital platforms and customer-facing applications. The role focuses on delivering high-quality technology solutions through robust testing, automation, and continuous improvement practices.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for banking applications and platforms.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing to ensure high-quality releases.
• Identify, document, track, and support the resolution of software defects in collaboration with development teams.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve quality, efficiency, and release velocity.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, quality assurance standards, and testing best practices.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure solutions meet customer and business expectations.

What We're Looking For

• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or technology delivery environments.
• Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies, defect management, and software development lifecycle practices.
• Familiarity with test automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery frameworks is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
